Joanna Valdivieso is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate, telecommunications, and real estate law. A member of the Caracas Bar Association since 2003.

​

In 2016, she founded the company, initially focusing on international student services before expanding into global talent recruitment. Her educational background includes a Specialist degree in Telecommunications Law from Alejandro Humboldt University, a Law degree from Santa Maria University, and additional certifications in Human Rights and Constitutional Law from Monteávila University. She also holds a diploma in Canadian Immigration from LaSalle College in Montreal.

Her professional experience in Canada includes roles as an Operations Manager at an international recruitment agency and as a Case Processing Manager for work permits at Canadim Immigration Law Firm. In Venezuela, she worked as in-house legal counsel for companies such as Kuanttum Consulting Engineers and Huawei Technologies de Venezuela SA and served as a Real Estate Attorney at Rent A House. She continues to provide legal counsel in real estate law.

Fluent in Spanish (native), English, and French, she is currently studying Italian.
